why a group?

My ownership of vacation rentals experience allowed me to realize that this isn’t because the rental offer is bloated it is to all accessible and clear.  New sites are created every day, and will disappear as fast I think as long as there is nobody behind these dehumanized windows whose goal is to charge up the owners and the guests… But they offer opportunities if renters congregate and organise themselves to make an attractive offer, in a reassuring framework:

– more availability, with a caller whose main activity is to respond to requests in English, french or Spanish, and

owners freed from constraints of management who can concentrate on the welcoming their guests.

– more professionalism: payments secured, with a legal framework, a structure with a professional card issued by Prefecture, professional liability insurance, financial guarantee and surety, a contract

– more security: verification of the conformity of rental with the announcement, I have personally visited each of the properties offered in the catalogue

– more service: holiday vouchers accepted,

– more flexibility : If a date or a requested service is not available for a good, we’ll certainly find them with a shift among the various proposed accommodations

– more cover: answering all your questions before leaving, both practical and tourist, because a holiday project doesn’t have to be stressful!
