Located on the edge of the village of Rocheford-Du-Gard only 20 minutes from Avignon, the house of 270 m2 with 7 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate family reunions, and group holidays. The plot of 1000m2 is fenced and closed by an electric gate ensuring the safety of the little ones and the tranquility of the parents. A playground for children with swings and slide, and a large flat ground for playing ball separated from the pool area. In the south of France, we like to live outside! Everything here has been designed so that this way of life is yours the time of your holidays. In the private garden, a large terrace with many sunbeds, surrounds the pool of 10m x 5m secured by a shutter. For meals part of the terrace has been covered and a barbecue is at your disposal to make good grilled scallops with herbes de Provence.

The house on two levels, includes a large living room of 75m2 with a pool table, a TV area with sofa and a very large table to eat together. The air conditioning and the fireplace are there to meet all your desires. On the ground floor 3 large bedrooms with king-size beds open onto the terrace and pool. The game room with TV corner and convertible sofa, where many toys are left at the disposal of children, can serve as a fourth bedroom. On the floor 3 other rooms to accomodate 8 more people.

Located less than 30km from the most beautiful Roman cities of the South of France, Avignon, Nîmes, Arles and Orange. You come for the sun, and the vineyards to discover, and history awaits you on the place of your holidays. The region is rich in picturesque places, whether they are world famous or more secret. You will have the opportunity to discover them in all seasons !

Le Palais des Papes

 Le Pont du Gard

 

The three arcades of this impressive Roman aqueduct span the waters of the Gardon River. A masterpiece of antiquity, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Pont du Gard was erected in the 1st century in order to transport water from the Eure sources to Nimes.

 Les cascades du Sautadet
