140m2 villa located in the center of the Provencal village of Banon.
On a plot of 1700m2 in the center of the village, the villa was built to offer holiday home to the whole family. A great house to reunite cousins and share good memories together. With five bedrooms, two on the ground floor, the house is ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend together the time of holidays in the warm sun of Provence. Opportunities to meet are too rare, then the house was designed for that, with large living spaces. Between the living room and dining room, a large through fireplace brings a warm and friendly place to grill chestnuts that we pick up during a walk in the fall. The fully enclosed and shaded garden offers a secure play area for children. There is room to park several vehicles in the garden. Once parked, no need to touch them during the rest of the stay, you can do everything by walking from the house. The market is held in the village twice a week to buy local specialties such as Banon cheese or sage sausages. There are all the shops in the center of the village, we must especially remember to bring back for the barbecue of noon the delicious sausages Banon prepared by the butcher …
Many hiking trails run through the countryside between the hilltop villages in the area and we will enjoy discovering them by walking, biking or on horseback. Browse these large areas of lavender, which color the fields of mauve and perfume the air that you breathe.
