Very nice cottage with 2 bedrooms for 6 people
Housed in a large property on the edge of the countryside, the very neat 75m2 gîte was built in 2021 on the side of the owners’ house. So that holidaymakers are comfortably installed, independent access with videophone has been provided on the gîte side.
You enter through the large terrace in front of the rental, a private area to eat and enjoy the southern sun in complete privacy. But you can also take advantage of the large 10×4 meters swimming pool which faces the rental. Several deckchairs are left available around the swimming pool. The 40m2 living room has a generously equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a large convertible corner sofa that faces the TV. A very bright and pleasant space to enjoy the hot hours. Two suites, each equipped with its own bathroom with Italian shower and WC, overlook a private and fenced garden at the back of the house. The swing is installed in this secure space.
The entire rental has been tastefully decorated with beautiful materials such as travertine for the floor. All the rooms are air conditioned.
All that remains is to enjoy the Gard sun, to rest and spend a dream vacation. The countryside directly accessible once past the gate, offers large spaces to explore nature. Children will find a playground and freedom away from cars and noise.
Located less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful Roman cities in the South of France, Avignon, Nîmes, Arles and Orange, or even medieval like Uzès. You come for the sun, and the vineyards to discover, and history awaits you at the place of your vacation. The region is rich in picturesque places, whether they are known worldwide as the Pont du Gard or more secret. You will have the leisure to discover them in all seasons!
