The ground floor is reserved for a huge garage that can accommodate several vehicles. The swimming pool and the terrace have been arranged on the first floor level to keep this modern and friendly spirit. You go from the inside, to the pool, without having to go down into the garden. A large table and many deckchairs await you by the pool of 8m x 3m. The beautiful living room overlooking the terrace is bathed in light throughout the day. It consists of a comfortable lounge area with no less than 3 sofas, and a dining area next to the kitchen. The kitchen of 20 m2, is fully equipped and allows to prepare alone or at several all the dishes that make you envy. Whether it is a “gardiane de taureau” or a Mediterranean salad, there is all the necessary equipment to enjoy. And if you’re a fan of grilling, a gas barbecue will make you enjoy this summer appointment.

With 4 bedrooms the house can comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends up to 8 people. The two bathrooms have each an Italian shower. The garden of 900m2 is fully fenced, and closed by an electric gate. Finally, a playground for your children with swings and slide was set up away from the pool.

It only remains to enjoy the sun of the Gard, to rest and spend a dream vacation. Located less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful Roman cities of the South of France, Avignon, Nimes, Arles and Orange, or medieval as Uzès. You come for the sun, and the vineyards to discover, and History awaits you at the place of your holidays. The area is rich in picturesque places, whether world known or more secret. You will have the leisure to discover them in all seasons!

Le Palais des Papes

 Le Pont du Gard

 

The three arcades of this impressive Roman aqueduct span the waters of the Gardon River. A masterpiece of antiquity, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Pont du Gard was erected in the 1st century in order to transport water from the Eure sources to Nimes.

 Les cascades du Sautadet
