For a stay in France, one could not dream better than this beautiful property located in a hamlet in the heart of the Luberon. Slightly away from other houses to enjoy the calm, the villa is surrounded by lavender fields. You arrive from the back of the house, a garage and several parking spaces are at your disposal. When you enter the house, you are first welcomed into the spacious living room which is divided into three spaces: the TV lounge in front of the bay window, then in the center a large table for 8 people, and finally at the back of the room. a large fitted kitchen opening onto the shaded terrace. As you walk towards the kitchen, you discover the view of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two upstairs. The two bathrooms and the 2 independent toilets are installed near the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have storage space with wardrobes, and have a view of the swimming pool and the lavender fields.

The 10mx4m heated swimming pool is the center of the property, it is surrounded on one side by a dry stone wall typical of the region and on the other by the terraces of the house. Around the swimming pool, a solar shower, several deckchairs and wrought iron tables so that everyone finds a space to enjoy the place.

The region rich in gastronomy, cultural, historical and artisanal sites will allow you to spend a great holiday and come back with your head full of unforgettable memories.

In addition to the markets in Banon on Tuesdays and Saturdays, don’t miss the Provençal market in Forcalquier on Mondays, the largest in the region, to stock up on fresh, regional products. There are countless local producers, proud to introduce you to their products, many of which are organic.
