Located on the edge of the village of La Rochegiron in the Alpes de Haute Provence, only 4km from the village of Banon and all its shops (bakery, butchers, tobacconist, supermarkets, etc.) and restaurants.
A quiet corner of France far from the crowds and pollution. The rental on two levels is fully air-conditioned, fitted out in 2022 in an old stone sheepfold, it will appeal to lovers of old and modern. Upstairs the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main room occupies the entire first level, with an equipped kitchen installed under the stairs, a lounge area with a convertible sofa in the back and a table for 6 people to the right of the entrance. The travertine terrace just in front of the rental will allow you to enjoy the sweetness and calm of the evenings of Provence. A garden to install your deckchair and take a nap with the cicadas will also allow children to enjoy the great outdoors.
Just in front of the rental a playground and a ping-pong table accessible to holidaymakers. Many hiking trails run through the countryside and the lavender fields to discover our region on foot or by bike.
The region rich in gastronomy, cultural, historical and artisanal sites will allow you to spend a great holiday and come back with your head full of unforgettable memories.
In addition to the markets in Banon on Tuesdays and Saturdays, don’t miss the Provençal market in Forcalquier on Mondays, the largest in the region, to stock up on fresh, regional produce. There are countless local producers, proud to introduce you to their products, many of which are organic.

Le Colorado Provençal Formed by erosion and by the hand of man this ancient ocher career has seen its landscapes transformed over the centuries. The site is today marked by a succession of sculptures and ocher cliffs in extraordinary colors ranging from pale yellow to bright red. Partly covered by the forest these mineral sculptures stand up to the azure blue sky of Provence offering an extraordinary landscape.
