The 8 guest rooms of the property are located near the village of Simiane La Rotonde, in the heart of Provence between Mont Ventoux, Luberon and Lure Mountain. Simiane la Rotonde is classified as Village City Of Character, in the Alpes de Haute-Provence.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the master of the house will delight you with specialties prepared according to the seasons of local products as we like to find in guest houses of Provence (Sisteron lamb, pork and beef Plateau d’Albion , Banon goat cheese, truffles and mushrooms countries, candied fruit from Apt, etc …).
You will remember a long time aromatic plants, scents and conviviality of the great guest table…
With a capacity of 8 rooms in gites cottages, rest and tranquility are the hallmarks of a well-deserved and relaxing stay …
On site you will discover the Isabelle’s breeding of Arabian thoroughbred horses , “Les chevaux d’ Isa “. Here, animals are king. Thirty horses, 25 chickens, 6 dogs, 1 cat and 6 fish live here. Your socialized pet is welcome.
The 8 guest rooms can accommodate riders and their horses. You will be proposed circuits around between 4 and 6 hours on horseback. They are accessible to hikers but also to hikers and mountain biking.
But if you are none of those ones, you can visit the many villages of our department as Banon, Forcalquier, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Apt, Manosque … or enjoy the comfort and tranquility of this property and pool .
Accomodation and facilities
The property is a house on two levels. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, the dining room, the bar and the terrace where breakfast and meals are served on summer evenings.
On the upper level rooms overlook the ground floor terrace:
- 3 rooms with a double bed which can therefore accommodate a couple.
- 1 room for 3 with a double bed and a single bed
- 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people, 1 double bed and two single beds, one with mezzanine.
- 1 room for 5 people with 2 double beds and a small raised bed.
- 1 room for 5 people with 1 double bed downstairs and 3 single beds on the mezzanine.
In each room a different artist Magali Court, Marie Breucq, Graziella Bordignon …
Wifi internet in common areas.
Rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer and shower. A washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are available on request.
A continental breakfast with a range of homemade jams, cakes, French pastries and fruit juice is served daily. If it is fine, you can dine on the terrace.
The rooms are without television, a choice of the owners: like them, we believe that you will come and come back for something else than TV!
Outdoors: Outdoor pool, garden, terrace. Free private parking without the need to book.

Le Colorado Provençal
Formed by erosion and by the hand of man this ancient ocher career has seen its landscapes transformed over the centuries.
The site is today marked by a succession of sculptures and ocher cliffs in extraordinary colors ranging from pale yellow to bright red. Partly covered by the forest these mineral sculptures stand up to the azure blue sky of Provence offering an extraordinary landscape.
the villages are perched high Provence and Luberon
From the most modest to the most majestic, the villages on this side of the Lubéron perch on the heights overlooking the valley. You are always a few minutes from one of these nuggets: Banon, Simiane the rotunda, Vachère, Bonieux, Oppede the old …. Gordes the best known of all with its castle and its beautifully preserved old town lights up in the evening. Each inhabitant of the region has his / her favorite and will have pleasure to make you discover it
The historic heart of Avignon is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Protected by its ramparts, the old town has preserved wonderful testimonies of its past. Built in the fourteenth century, the Papal Palace is a must to visit. This fortress, residence of popes in the fourteenth century, is a beautiful Gothic palace consists of two parts, the Old Palace and the New Palace.
The Abbey of Valsainte
The visit of the garden of the abbey of Valsaintes is an invitation to the wonder, the stroll, the relaxation and the serenity allied to the pleasure of the discovery of an exceptional natural, historical and spiritual space.
At the rhythm of the restanques, you can stroll among floral spaces rich with 550 varieties of roses associated with a spontaneous or introduced flora.
The gorges of the verdon
By canoe, electric boat or cruise, the gorges of Verdon can be visited for a day.
There is the upper Verdon with the lake of saint cross with turquoise waters and sublime gorges framed by vertiginous cliffs. And the wildest gorges that leave the lake of Esparon. An equipped path also runs through all the gorges passing at the closest water, borrowing bridges and some tunnels
The Calanques of Cassis
You can not spend a holiday in Provance without going to spend a day by the sea. Discover Cassis and these classified cliffs, one of the highest in Europe with 399m. The very touristic village is the starting point of numerous excursions in sea to discover calanques which extend as far as Marseille. It can also be visited on foot for the most courageous.
